The Spain-Israel Chamber of Commerce, established in 2005, fosters collaboration between public administrations and private enterprises in both countries. With diverse members spanning sectors like education, health, cybersecurity, and technology, it aims to raise awareness of the immense potential for cooperation between Spain and Israel. The Chamber organizes events, facilitates bilateral investment, and advocates for commercial exchanges through press interventions and close collaboration with the Israeli Embassy.

Gil Gidron – Presidente

Founder of the Chamber of Commerce, he has over 30 years of experience in business strategy and consulting. He directed the arrival of Accenture’s first office to Israel, where he acted as managing partner. Presently he is chairman of Cardumen Capital, a Spanish venture capital that holds the national record for most investments in Israeli companies. He is also a member of the “Círculo de Empresarios”.

Walter Wasercier - Vicepresidente

He has been vice president of the Chamber of Commerce since its inception. His professional tenure has focused on the tourism industry throughout his entire career, having occupied significant positions, from companies such as Melia Viajes, and Viva Air (Iberia Group), to the Israeli airline, El Al, where he worked as General Manager for Portugal and Spain for over 20 years.
