​Ofek Israeli Educational Center - Registration, Payment and Cancellation Procedures for the 2024-2025 School Year

Registration Fees

To participate in the activity, you must register and pay a yearly registration fee in advance, at the registration date, before the start of the activity.

The payment for the activity includes the following components:

25 sessions that will be held on Sunday mornings, each session lasting two hours.

Study materials.

Security.

Insurance.

Light refreshments.
 

Start and end date of the activity year:

The activity year will begin in September 2024 and end in June 2025.

The full schedule of activities will be sent to registrants before the start of the activity.

The activities will not conflict with the family events of the Israeli community in Madrid.

Payments for the 2024-2025 activity year:

The cost for the first child in the family is €450.

The cost for a second child in the family is €338 (25% discount).

The cost for a third child is €225 (50% discount).

There is no cost for a fourth child (free).

The payment can be divided into three installments on the following dates: August 15, September 15 and October 15. 50 euros must be paid at the time of registration.

Minimum conditions for the activity

The activity will only take place if at least 30 participants are registered.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of registration for any reason, a proportional refund will be given based on the remaining full thirds (trimester). For example, if the cancellation is made during the first trimester and before the start of the second trimester, a refund will be given for two-thirds of the membership fee paid.
First trimester – September, October, November, December (until Christmas break)
Second trimester – January, February, March (until Passover break)
Third trimester – April, May, June

Cancellation cannot be retroactively granted a refund. Refunds will only be given for the following trimester (trimester). In any case, cancellation must be notified by email to info@icmdardid.org, and the date of notification will be the determining date for calculating the refund.

If the cancellation is for one child out of several children in the family, the refund will be calculated according to the maximum discount given to the family. For example, if three siblings were registered and one of them canceled the registration, the refund will be made according to the payment of the third sibling.
 

Late joining

In the case of joining during the first trimester, full membership fees must be paid.

In the case of joining during the second or third trimester, 2/3 of the membership fees must be paid.

Cancellation conditions for late joins will be the same as those shown in the "Cancellation of Registration" section.
